For most people, mobile phones no longer have secrets, but one thing that many people do not know is the fact that each phone has its own set of secret codes, which, once used, provide information about the software, the phone model and even functions and settings that are not accessible in the classic phone menu.
These more or less correctly named secret or hidden codes exist for a specific purpose and can provide important information about an Android device, useful information for troubleshooting in service or to verify the correct operation of certain functions or components hardware.
Codes can be useful troubleshooting and diagnostic tools, they can provide information about the identity of the device, hardware components and their operation mode as well as reset, restart and backup possibilities.
The codes are typed on the screen where the phone numbers are dialed and after their complete entry certain information will be displayed.
Use codes with caution. Using them unknowingly can create serious problems with the phone or lead to the loss of important data and information!!!
