Samsung Galaxy S8, a phone released more than half a year ago, has big problems with the camera used by Koreans, many people are complaining about it on the discussion forums. The Samsung Galaxy S8 is available with discounts of up to 700 LEI on this page, but some of Samsung's customers claim that the phone has problems with focusing pictures.
Samsung Galaxy S8 has these problems out of the blue, some users experiencing them even a few months after purchase, so we are talking about an anomaly for a premium mobile phone sold by Koreans. In some cases, the solution required a reset of the camera settings, while in other cases a simple strong shake of the Samsung Galaxy S8 was needed for the pictures to be taken with the correct focus.
Samsung Galaxy S8 has big problems with the camera
Samsung Galaxy S8 has this problem not solved by the Samsung company, although people have been complaining about problems for a long time, and considering this, probably not will solve it. The Samsung Galaxy S8 will soon become the second most important phone in the Samsung range, so the attention paid by Koreans will decrease significantly.
“Same issue for me here and Samsung are denying it's an issue – last Samsung I buy tbh! Mine started a month from purchase, I sent it back and they found no fault....surprise surprise! Apparently, as the fault isn't there in safe mode then it's a software problem caused by one of the apps I've installed. Their solution was to uninstall each one individually and see which solves the issue...great! It doesn't happen every time I open the camera so to test properly will take weeks. I have an £800 phone that doesn't work when you install apps on it, great job Samsung!”
Samsung Galaxy S8 has this problem very similar to the one found on the iPhone 6 Plus, the camera of this phone having a similar defect reported by many people to Apple. Those from Cupertino found that the only solution was to replace the phones because the camera module could not be repaired through a software update, and in the case of the Samsung Galaxy S8 it could be something similar.
Samsung Galaxy S8 was launched in April by the Samsung company and is still sold all over the world, the number of problems reported for it being quite limited so far, from what is known.
