Apart from the amalgamation of pictures they end up hosting, our email accounts on our smartphones also contain sensitive information. There is no point in drawing attention to those who write down all their passwords, card PINs and other information that should not be written down. For these reasons it is good to know how to delete everything from iPhone.
How to erase everything from iPhone using one of three methods
Depending on your situation and whether or not you still have the phone, you can opt for one of the solutions below.
Directly from an iPhone menu, before completely erasing any Apple iDevice, you must remove your iCloud account. For this, go to Settings or Configurations, to iCloud, and at the bottom of this menu page, press Delete account or Delete account. Enter your account password and confirm your choice.
If you still have the gadget in your hand, from Configurations or Settings, in the General section, access the Reset menu. Erase all content and settings or Delete content and configurations are the parameters that interest you to bring the phone to the factory settings.
Alternatively, to erase everything from iPhone, you can connect a phone to a computer with iTunes installed. Enter iTunes, click on the phone icon, otherwise it will automatically appear on the screen. On the summary information page, choose the button marked Restore iPhone on the right. Confirm your choice and wait. The process will take more or less time depending on the speed of your internet connection as it downloads the latest firmware from the company's servers.
The last resort to wipe everything from your iPhone doesn't involve having physical access to the phone anymore, and is more suitable if the phone has been stolen and you're sure you won't get back into its possession. Go to www.icloud.com from any phone, tablet or computer, sign in with your username and password. Click on Find my iPhone and locate the device. Click on his name, and from the menu that appears in the upper right corner of this page, choose Erase iPhone. Confirm your choice in the new window.
