The e-PrimariaTa platform is concretely a software solution for the digitization of the public administration, which allows an accelerated digitization of the administration. Any town hall can be registered within the platform in just a few minutes, having instant access to all the tools needed to interact with citizens.
And the technology underlying the e-Town Hall application was selected within the M-sec Online Contest event, which will take place between September 6-10, and will be presented to a group of international experts as a solution for improving public administration in Fujisawa, the metropolitan area of the city of Tokyo, with practical chances of being implemented in the capital of Japan as well
"M-sec Online Contest is a project developed by the National Institute of Information and Communications Technology in Japan in collaboration with the European Union with the aim of researching opportunities to improve the interconnection of future SmartCity cities.
The selection of the e-Primaria Ta application in this event represents a big step for Romanian entrepreneurship on the international market of governmental technological solutions, as well as a visibility of the capacities of the technological market in Romania", states Alexandru Panait.
The investment made so far in the e-PrimariaTa platform amounts to 200,000 euros, the funds coming from private investments.
Any town hall can be registered within the platform in just a few minutes, giving officials instant access to all the tools needed to process citizens' requests online. Citizens can remotely interact with any institution by initiating a request to officials through a standard digital form provided within the platform.
After completing the document through the citizen's account, the system automatically applies an advanced electronic signature to the document that is associated with the citizen's digital identity. The document instantly receives a registration number and is assigned to the structure responsible for solving that type of document. Thus, it enters the process of internal management of documents to which all officials can access and operate by using their electronic signature.
