Galati City Hall informs that, through the Social Assistance Directorate of Galati Municipality - Public Social Assistance Service, it provides emergency aid in the form of social vouchers worth 100 lei / family / single person on the occasion of the legal Easter holidays.
The categories of people who can apply for emergency aid in the form of social vouchers on the occasion of the legal Easter holidays are: - single pensioners or families of pensioners without legal relatives or whose legal supporters do not have financial means, - families with 4 or more dependent children, for whom they will show a form of education, - single-parent families with 2 or more dependent children, for whom they will show a form of education, - families facing serious health problems of their members, which, following the social survey, the detailing of the family budget, the monthly expenses and the medical documents presented in the file, represent social cases; - adults with disabilities grade I, II, III; .
The conditions that must be met by the persons / families requesting the emergency aid are: - the net income / family member must be below 800 lei / month / family member, - not to own buildings or other residential spaces outside the home - not to own: land in the municipality of Galaţi or in other localities with an area of more than 500 m2 in town and / or 1,000 m2 in town, - not to own a car, except those adapted for disabled persons or for their transport or dependent persons.
Necessary documents: - standard application (which can be downloaded from the Galaţi City Hall website www.primariagalati.ro) - identity documents of the applicant and family members - documents proving the material situation of the applicant and his family ( pension / indemnity / allowance coupon, salary certificate and other documents proving the realized income); disabled, hospital discharge ticket).

The persons who do not have the possibility to send online or by fax the application and the documents mentioned above will be contacted by telephone by the representatives of the Public Social Assistance Service in order to identify a solution for their submission. The deadline for applications is April 3, 2020.
