The good news is that they will start to be sold in the first part of the year.

Apple already had 5,000 authorized suppliers and nearly 3,000 independent repair facilities with original parts
Apple's decision comes after in 2019 it established a program through which independent repair facilities could buy its parts spare parts, instruction manuals and tools.
